Our products are the best for you and we know that’s what you expect from us! However, if our product does not fit or has any defects which originally came from us, we are tolerant if you want to exchange with new size, colour, or even style, as long as the price is same or higher (which you need to add up your payment). Cash refund is not applied. The returned items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition only can be returned to Matase Sutera. Any returns can be made within 14 days after the delivery was done by us. We highly appreciate if you could email or call us first to notify about the return items.
